Recourse may be had to the (electronic litigation system) of the court registry, using the approved electronic signature. This system includes filing statements of claim, challenging judgments, paying fees, submitting letters, depositing memoranda and documents, inspecting and exchanging them, serving judicial papers, courts holding their hearings electronically remotely using audiovisual electronic communication technology between the parties to the action, the issuance of judgments and orders, and procedures for their enforcement. Data issued by electronic systems shall be deemed the original where the law requires that the procedure be carried out on the original document. An office for preparing actions or appeals, as the case may be, may be established at each court, undertaking—before the action or appeal is presented to the circuit—the examination of applications, actions and appeals submitted through the electronic litigation system to verify that their particulars are fulfilled and their documents complete, and their registration in this system and until the scheduled hearing date. The regulation of the electronic litigation system shall be issued by a decision of the Minister of Justice, and shall specify when therein the rules and provisions to be followed in its regard, and may include . necessary - the rules and provisions relating to establishing the office for preparing actions or appeals, as the case may be, and its operating mechanism, all with due regard to the provisions of this Law regulating those procedures and in a manner consistent with this system.
