English translation
As soon as a power of attorney is issued by a litigant, the domicile of his attorney shall be recognized for service of the documents necessary for the progress of the action at all levels of litigation at which it is heard, unless the power of attorney is restricted to a particular level. The attorney’s withdrawal or dismissal shall not prevent proceedings from continuing against him unless the said litigant serves notice on the other litigant of the appointment of a replacement or of his intention to conduct the action himself. An attorney may not withdraw from the agency at an inopportune time.

بمجرد صدور التوكيل من أحد الخصوم يكون موطن وكيله معتبراً في إعلان
الأوراق اللازمة للسير في الدعوى في كافة درجات التقاضي التي تنظـر فيهـا مـا
لم يكن التوكيل مقيداً بدرجة معينة، ولا يحول اعتزال الوكيل أو عزله دون سير
الإجراءات في مواجهته إلا إذا أعلن الخصم المذكور الخصم الآخر بتعيين بدله أو
بعزمه على مباشرة الدعوى بنفسه.
ولا يجوز للوكيل أن يعتزل الوكالة في وقت غير لائق.Ask about this article
