English translation
The driving licences referred to in the preceding Article shall not be issued unless the applicant passes the driving test conducted by the General Traffic Department. The Executive Regulations shall specify the rules and conditions of the test and the fees required for it. Exemption from the driving test may be granted to anyone holding a lawful driving licence from another country or a military driving licence, in accordance with the conditions and procedures specified by the Executive Regulations.

لا تصرف رخص السوق المشار إليها في المادة السابقة إلا إذا اجتاز الطالب اختبار
القيادة الذي تجريه الإدارة العامة للمرور وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية قواعد الاختبار
وشروطه والرسوم المطلوبة لذلك.
ويجوز الإعفاء من اختبار القيادة لمن يحمل رخصة سوق قانونية من دولة أخرى
أو لمن يحمل رخصة سوق عسكرية وذلك وفقا المشروط والأوضاع التي تحددها
