English translation
The Minister of Interior may, by a decision, determine the number of motor vehicles of all types licensed by the General Traffic Department, except for type (1), paragraph (First), of 1( Added by Law No. 52 of 001 2. Article (3), namely private cars in respect of citizens only. No vehicle of the vehicles whose number is determined by a ministerial decision may be licensed after that number has been reached. He may also determine the tariff of fares for taxis and transport vehicles of all types.

يجــوز لوزيــر الداخليــة بقــرار منــه أن يحــدد عــدد المركبــات الآليــة التــي ترخــص
بــالإدارة العامــة للمــرور مــن جميــع الأنــواع فــيما عــدا النــوع )1( فقــرة )أولا( مــن
1( مضافة بالقانون رقم 52 لسنة 001 2
المادة )3( وهــي الســيارات الخاصــة بالنســبة للمواطــنين فقــط.
ولا يجــوز ترخيــص أي مركبــة مــن المركبات التــي يصدر قــرار وزاري بتحديــد عددها
بعــد إكمال هــذا العدد.
