Article 27 of Traffic Law

The Minister of Interior may designate places where parking is permitted only for a limited period and against a fee determined by him. A decision shall be issued regulating parking in these places and specifying the method of collecting the fee. A decision of the Minister of Interior may also entrust the process of issuing parking violation notices in places where parking or waiting is permitted only for specified periods against a tariff to entities outside the Ministry. The Executive Regulations shall specify the method and conditions of entrustment these entities and the procedures resulting from violation thereof, and shall also specify the amount of expenses and costs in return for these entities performing the work entrusted to them.
