Article 25 of Traffic Law

Vehicles may not be driven in a manner endangering persons' lives and property. All road users, including pedestrians, drivers of all types of vehicles and animal drivers, shall observe traffic rules and etiquette and comply with traffic signals, signs and police officers' instructions. The Executive Regulations and decisions of the Minister of Interior shall specify traffic rules, etiquette, signals and signs, and maximum and minimum vehicle speeds where necessary.
