English translation
No person may learn to drive motor vehicles or motorcycles except after obtaining a learner’s permit from the General Traffic Department. The Executive Regulations shall specify the system for issuing learner’s permits, their conditions, duration and fees, and the places of instruction.

لا يجوز لأي شخص تعلم قيادة المركبات الآلية أو الدراجات الآلية إلا بعد الحصول
على تصريح تعلم من الإدارة العامة للمرور.
