English translation
All violation reports, judicial papers and decisions, summonses issued by the investigator or the court, and judicial judgments shall be served and notified to all persons addressed by the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations through modern electronic means of service, such as government applications, text messages (SMS), email, fax, or service through the Public Prosecution. Service shall be deemed complete and productive of its legal effects from the date and time of completion of service by any of these means. The Executive Regulations shall regulate how service is effected in this manner. If service by those means is not possible, service may be effected according to the rules prescribed in Chapter 1( Added pursuant to Decree-Law No. 5 of 2025. يتــم إعلان وإبلاغ كافــة محــاضر المخالفــات، والأوراق والقــرارات القضائيــة، وأوامــر
الحضــور الصــادرة مــن المحقــق أو مــن المحكمــة، والأحــكام القضائيــة لجميــع المخاطبين
بأحــكام هــذا القانون ولائحتــه التنفيذية، بواســطة وســائل الإعلان الإلكترونية الحديثة،
كالتطبيقــات الحكوميــة أو الرســائل النصيــة ) SMS( أو البريــد الإلــكتروني أو الفاكــس
أو الإعلان عــن طريــق النيابــة العامــة، ويعــتبر الإعلان تامــا ومنتجــا لآثــاره القانونيــة
مــن تاريــخ ووقــت إتمــام الإعلان مــن أي وســيلة مــن هــذه الوســائل، وتنظــم اللائحــة
التنفيذيــة كيفيــة الإعلان بهــذه الطريقــة.
فــإذا لم يكــن ممكنــا الإعلان بتلك الوســائل جــاز الإعلان وفق القواعد المقــررة في الفصل
الثــاني مــن البــاب الأول من قانــون الإجراءات والمحــاكمات الجزائيةAsk about this article
