Representatives and correspondents of foreign newspapers and representatives of foreign news agencies and radio and television stations shall obtain licences from the competent Ministry to practise their work within Kuwait. The competent Ministry may warn the representative, correspondent, or delegate, or cancel the licence, if it becomes apparent that the news and information he has reported entail a violation of the provisions of this Law. يجب على ممثلي الصحف الأجنبية ومراسيلها ومندوبي وكالات الأنباء ومحطات
الإذاعة والتليفزيون الأجنبية الحصول على تراخيص من الوزارة المختصة لممارسة
عملهم داخل الكويت، وللوزارة المختصة إنذار الممثل أو المراسل أو المندوب أو
إلغاء الترخيص إذا تبين أن الأخبار والمعلومات التي أبلغها تنطوي على مخالفه
