Article 15 of Press and Publications Law

Without prejudice to the provision of the preceding Article, the licence of any newspaper may not be revoked except pursuant to a final judgment issued by the competent court. The President of the Criminal Circuit or the Judge of Urgent Matters may, when necessary and upon a request from the Public Prosecution, issue a decision temporarily suspending publication of the newspaper for a period not exceeding two weeks, renewable during the investigation or trial.
