English translation
The Criminal Circuit of the Court of First Instance is the court competent to hear all criminal proceedings provided for in this Law, and its judgments shall be appealed before the Court of Appeal. Judgments rendered by the Court of Appeal may be challenged by way of cassation before the Court of Cassation.
