Article 25 of Press and Publications Law

Criminal proceedings for the offences prescribed in this Law shall be time-barred if they are not reported to the Public Prosecution within three months from the date of publication. An action for compensation shall be time-barred if it is not brought within one year from the date of publication, unless criminal proceedings are pending, in which case the limitation period shall begin from the date of their termination or issuance of a final judgment therein.
