Unless the parties agree otherwise, the provisions of this Law shall apply to electronic records, messages, transactions, documents and signatures related to civil, commercial and administrative transactions and banks, and to every dispute arising from their use, subject to the special provisions concerning any of them stipulated in other laws. No denial, for any reason, of the legal effects of the electronic records, messages, transactions, documents and signatures referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be recognized. )2(

مــا لم يتفــق الأطــراف على غير ذلــك، تسري أحــكام هــذا القانــون على الســجلات،
والرســائل، والمعاملات، والمســتندات، والتوقيعات الإلكترونية ذات العلاقة بالمعاملات
والمصرفــات المدنيــة والتجاريــة والإداريــة، وعلى كل نــزاع ينشــأ عــن اســتخدامها، وذلك
بمراعــاة الأحــكام الخاصــة لأيــا منهــا المنصــوص عليهــا في القــوانين الأخــرى. ولا يعتد،
