English translation
Anyone licensed to issue electronic certification services who provides incorrect particulars in the registration application submitted to the competent entity or violates the licensing conditions shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than three thousand dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة والغرامة التي لا تقل عن ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا
تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من رخص له بإصدار
خدمات التصديق الإلكترونية إذا قام بتقديم بيانات غير صحيحة في طلب التسجيل
