Article 36 of Electronic Transactions Law

1- Individuals may request the entities specified in Article 32 to erase or amend any of the foregoing personal data or information relating to them that those entities store in their records or electronic processing systems, where such data are shown to be incorrect or inconsistent with reality, and also to replace them in accordance with changes that have occurred to them. 2- The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the procedures and controls to be followed concerning requests submitted by individuals to erase or amend any of the aforementioned data recorded concerning them with one of the aforementioned entities.
