English translation
Anyone convicted by a final and irrevocable judgment carrying a felony penalty, or of an offence involving dishonour or breach of trust, or an offence against the Divine Being, the prophets or the person of the Emir, shall be deprived of the right to vote unless rehabilitated.

يحرم من الانتخاب كل من أدين بحكم بات في عقوبة جناية أو في جريمة مخلة
بالشرف أو بالأمانة أو في جريمة المساس بالذات الإلهية أو الأنبياء أو الذات
