English translation
A voter may not be registered on more than one roll. If there are multiple registrations, only the registration conforming to what Article (10) of this Law prescribes shall be recognized.

لا يجوز أن يقيد الناخب في أكثر من جدول وإذا تعدد القيد فلا يعتد إلا بالقيد
