English translation
The transfer of electoral registration between constituencies shall be suspended from the beginning of the final session of the legislative term. Transfer of registration shall also be suspended upon the issuance of a decree dissolving the Assembly or a judgment Index of the Law 88 Home Page National Assembly Elections Law Law No. 120 of 2023 concerning Elections of Members of the National Assembly invalidating it or a decision declaring a seat vacant. The suspension of registration transfers shall continue until the elections have concluded and the result has been announced. A voter who changes the domicile in which he resides must notify the Public Authority for Civil Information of the change in preparation for his registration in the constituency to which the new domicile belongs after this period has elapsed.

يوقف نقل القيد الانتخابي بين الدوائر اعتباراً من بداية دور الانعقاد الأخير
للفصل التشريعي كما يوقف نقل القيد بصدور مرسوم بحل المجلس أو حكم
ببطلانه أو قرار بإعلان خلو أحد المقاعد ويستمر وقف نقل القيد حتى انتهاء
الانتخابات وإعلان النتيجة.
ويجب على الناخب الذي غير موطنه الذي يقيم فيه أن يعلن التغيير إلى الهيئة
العامة للمعلومات المدنية تمهيدا لقيده في الدائرة التي يتبعها الموطن الجديد بعد
