English translation
The electoral register shall include the name of every Kuwaiti who meets the conditions necessary for the exercise of his electoral rights and resides in the electoral district according to what is established in the records of the General Elections Commission and his electoral domicile specified in the civil identity card, his surname, his date of birth, his Ministry of Interior reference number, and the address of the dwelling in which he resides.
