Article 13 of National Assembly Elections Law

Without prejudice to the privacy and data protection provisions contained in Law No. (20) of 2014 concerning Electronic Transactions, the General Secretariat of the General Elections Commission shall issue, at the end of every month, an electronic copy of the electoral rolls in their current state. Publication shall be limited to the name as it appears in the nationality certificate, the registration number, the electoral status, the electoral district, and the roll containing the electoral domicile in which the person resides, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Public Authority for Civil Information.
