Article 47 of National Assembly Elections Law

Any interested party may challenge the decision issued by the General Elections Commission provided for in the last paragraph of Article (11) of this Law before the Administrative Circuit of the Court of Appeal within four days calculated from the day following publication of the decision in the Official Gazette. The challenge shall be determined by a final judgment not subject to appeal within one week from the date the challenge is registered.
