Every voter may request the annulment of the election held in his electoral constituency, and every candidate may request this in the constituency in which he stood as a candidate. Neither a voter nor a candidate may, under any circumstances, bring a challenge requesting the annulment of the election held in his electoral constituency or in the constituency in which he stood as a candidate if the basis of the challenge is the determination of a dispute concerning electoral domicile.
