Article 51 of National Assembly Elections Law

The election committee chairperson shall draw up a record of offences committed or attempted inside the polling hall, or offences outside the hall of which he becomes aware, and shall order the arrest of the accused and his handover to the police force for legal measures to be taken. The committee chairperson shall also refer the aforementioned record to the Public Prosecutor immediately upon completion of the committee's work, and the Commission shall be notified of the measures taken concerning them.
