Article 48 of National Assembly Elections Law

Anyone whose candidacy has been excluded from the lists of candidates may challenge the decision excluding him before the competent Administrative Circuit within three days from the date of publication of the list of candidates, or from the date of its notification to him or his certain knowledge thereof, provided that the challenges are heard expeditiously.
