English translation
A Constitutional Court shall be established with exclusive jurisdiction to interpret constitutional provisions and to adjudicate disputes concerning the constitutionality of laws, decree-laws and regulations, and challenges concerning the election of members of the National Assembly or the validity of their membership. The judgment of the Constitutional Court shall be binding on everyone and on all courts.

في المنازعات المتعلقة بدستورية القوانين والمراسيم بقوانين واللوائح وفي الطعون
الخاصة بانتخاب أعضاء مجلس الأمة أو بصحة عضويتهم، ويكون حكم المحكمة
