English translation
The General Department of Experts shall, through such employees as it delegates, claim fees and expenses, challenge orders and judgments concerning their assessment, and attend hearings. It may delegate the Department of Legal Opinions and Legislation to act on its behalf in this regard. The Registry shall execute these orders and judgments.

تتولى الإدارة العامة للخبراء - عن طريق من تندبه من موظفيها - المطالبة بالأتعاب
والمصروفات، والطعن في الأوامر والأحكام الخاصة بتقديرها، والحضور في الجلسات،
ولها أن تنيب عنها في ذلك إدارة الفتوى والتشريع.
