Article 6 of Law Regulating Expert Services

An indigent litigant may be temporarily exempted from paying the deposit if the value or circumstances of the dispute disclose grounds justifying this. In this case, the appointment must be of an expert from the General Department of Experts. This deposit, the expert fees and the expenses of the expert examination shall be recovered from the litigant ordered to pay costs, or from the litigant exempted from fees if his state of indigence ceases.
