In cases exempted from fees by a decision of the Fee Exemption Committee, experts of the General Department of Experts shall be appointed to perform the expert work. Expert fees and expenses shall be recovered from the litigant ordered to bear costs, or from the litigant exempted from fees if that litigant's state of insolvency ceases.

القضايا المعفاة من الرسوم بقرار من لجنة الإعفاء من الرسوم يندب لأعمال الخبرة
فيها خبراء الإدارة العامة للخبراء. ويرجع بأتعاب الخبرة ومصروفاتها على الخصم
