Article 8 of Law Regulating Expert Services

If an expert wishes to be excused from performing his assignment, either at the outset or during its performance, he must notify the authority that appointed him. In the case of experts of the Directorate General of Experts, the request to be excused shall be submitted to the head of the Directorate General of Experts to decide as he considers appropriate on the expert's request. If the request is accepted, the authority that appointed the expert shall appoint another expert. Or it shall return the assignment to the Directorate General of Experts to assign another expert to perform it.
