English translation
The decisions of the general assembly and the interim affairs committee of each court shall be communicated to the Minister of Justice. The Minister may return to the court’s general assembly or its interim affairs committee such of its decisions as he does not consider appropriate to approve, for reconsideration. If it insists upon its decision, he may refer the matter to the Supreme Judicial Council to issue a decision as it deems appropriate, and its decision shall be final. تبلغ قرارات الجمعية العامة ولجنة الشئون الوقتية لكل محكمة إلى وزير العدل.
وللوزير أن يعيد إلى الجمعية العامة للمحكمة أو اللجنة الشئون الوقتية بها ما لا
يرى الموافقة عليه من قراراتها لإعادة النظر فيها فإذا أصرت على قرارها كان له أن
