Article 10 of Judicial Organisation Law

The General Assembly of each court shall consist of all its serving judges, and its meeting shall not be valid unless more than half their number attend. If this quorum is not met, the Assembly may convene one hour after the specified time if at least one-third of the court's judges attend. If two hours subsequently elapse without this latter quorum being met, the Assembly may convene regardless of the number of court judges present. The Public Prosecution shall be represented at meetings of the General Assembly, and its representative shall have a counted vote on matters connected with the work of the Public Prosecution. Decisions of the General Assembly shall be issued by an absolute majority of the members present. In the event of an equality of votes, the side with which the president votes shall prevail.
