English translation
A judge or member of the Public Prosecution may not be awarded decorations, medals, orders, collars, or anything else while holding office. Nor may judicial office be combined with engaging in commerce or any work inconsistent with the dignity and independence of the judiciary. The Supreme Judicial Council may decide to prohibit a judge from undertaking any work which it considers to conflict with the duties of the office and their proper performance. A judge may be seconded to perform judicial or legal work other than, or in addition to, his own work. This shall be by a decision of the Minister of Justice after the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council.
