English translation
The judiciary and members of the Public Prosecution, except those holding the grade of Deputy Prosecutor )C(, shall not be removable except in accordance with the disciplinary trial procedures prescribed in this Law. The contracts of judges and members of the Public Prosecution employed under contract may not be terminated except after the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council. Counsellors of the Courts of Cassation and Appeal shall not be transferred to the Public Prosecution except with their consent.

القضــاء و أعضــاء النيابــة العامــة عــدا مــن هــم فى درجــة وكيــل نيابــة ) ج ( غير قابــلين
للعــزل إلا وفقــا لإجــراءات المحاكمــة التأديبيــة المنصــوص عليهــا فى هــذا القانــون .
ولا يجــوز إنهــاء عقــود المتعاقديــن مــن القضــاة وأعضــاء النيابــة العامــة إلا بعــد موافقــة
المجلــس الأعلى للقضــاء .
ولا ينقل مستشارو محكمتى التمييز و الاستئناف إلى النيابة العامة إلا برضائهم .Ask about this article
