English translation
A judge may not, without the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council, act as an arbitrator, even without remuneration and even if the dispute has not been brought before the judiciary, unless one of the parties to the dispute is a relative of his by blood or marriage up to the fourth degree.

لا يجوز للقاضي بغير موافقة المجلس الأعلى للقضاء أن يكون محكما ولو بغير اجر ،
ولو كان النزاع غير مطروح على القضاء ، إلا إذا كان أحد أطراف النزاع من أقاربه
