English translation
The hearings of the Disciplinary Council shall be confidential. The Council shall render judgment after hearing the requests of the Judicial Inspection and the defence of the judge whose discipline is sought. The judge shall have the right to appear personally before the Council, and may submit his defence in writing or appoint a member of the judiciary to defend him. The Council shall always have the right to require the judge to appear personally. If he does not appear or does not appoint anyone, judgment may be rendered in his absence upon verification that he was duly notified.

تكــون جلســات مجلــس التأديــب سريــة ، ويحكــم المجلــس بعــد سماع طلبــات التفتيــش
القضائــي ودفــاع القــاضي المطلــوب تأديبــه ، وللقــاضي حــق الحضــور بشــخصه أمــام
المجلــس ، ولــه أن يقــدم دفاعــه كتابــة أو أن ينيــب فى الدفــاع عنــه أحــد رجــال القضــاء ،
وللمجلــس دائما الحــق فى طلــب حضــور القــاضي بشــخصه فــإذا لم يحضر أو لم ينــب أحــدا
