The functions of the Public Prosecution shall be performed by the Public Prosecutor and a sufficient number of First Advocates-General, Advocates-General, chief prosecutors and prosecutors. The most senior First Advocates or working advocates shall replace the Public Prosecutor in all his powers during his absence, vacancy of his office or an impediment affecting him. )2(

يقــوم بــأداء وظيفــة النيابــة العامــة النائــب العــام وعــدد كاف من المحــامين العــامين الأول
والمحــامين العــامين ورؤســاء النيابــة ووكلائهــا ويحــل أقــدم المحــامين الأول أو المحــامين
العامــلين محــل النائــب العــام فى جميــع اختصاصاتــه عنــد غيابــه أو خلــو منصبــه أو قيــام
