English translation
A technical office for the Public Prosecutor shall be established, its functions to be determined by a decision of the Supreme Judicial Council upon the proposal of the Public Prosecutor. It shall consist of a president and a sufficient number of counsellors, a decision of the Supreme Judicial Council upon the nomination of the Public Prosecutor, for a renewable term of two years. )3(
