English translation
All members of the Public Prosecution shall be subordinate to the Public Prosecutor. The Public Prosecutor shall be subordinate to the Minister of Justice, except in respect of competence relating to any matter concerning criminal proceedings, particularly the institution, conduct, investigation, disposal of, and prosecution in those proceedings.

أعضاء النيابة العامة يتبعون جميعا النائب العام .
ويتبــع النائــب العــام وزيــر العــدل ، وذلــك فــيما عــدا الاختصــاص المتعلــق بــأي شــأن من
شــئون الدعــوى الجزائيــة ، وعلى وجــه الخصــوص مــا يتعلــق بتحريــك هــذه الدعــوى
