English translation
The Court of Appeal shall consist of a president, a vice-president and a sufficient number of deputy presidents and counselors. Chambers shall be formed therein as needed, presided over by their most senior counselors, and judgments shall be rendered by three counselors. The seat of the Court of Appeal shall be Kuwait City. Their chambers may sit in any other place by a decision of the Minister of Justice at the request of the President of the Court. (3)

تؤلــف محكمــة الاســتئناف مــن رئيــس ونائــب للرئيــس وعــدد كاف مــن الــوكلاء
والمستشــارين، وتشــكل فيهــا دوائــر حســب الحاجــة تكــون رئاســتها لأقــدم المستشــارين
فيهــا وتصــدر الأحــكام مــن ثلاثــة مستشــارين.
ويكــون مقــر محكمــة الاســتئناف مدينة الكويــت. ويجــوز أن تنعقد دوائرهــم في أي مكان
