English translation
Each of the Minister of Justice and the Public Prosecutor may address an oral or written warning to a member of the Public Prosecution who breaches the duties of his office, after hearing his statements. The member of the Public Prosecution may lodge a grievance against the written warning before the Supreme Judicial Council within fifteen days from the date he is notified of the warning. The Council's decision shall be final.

لــكل مــن وزيــر العــدل والنائــب العــام أن يوجــه تنبيهــا شــفويا أو كتابيــا لعضــو النيابــة
العامــة الــذى يخــل بواجبــات وظيفتــه ، وذلــك بعــد سماع أقوالــه ولعضــو النيابــة العامــة
التظلــم مــن التنبيــه الكتــابي أمــام المجلــس الأعلى للقضــاء خلال خمســة عشر يومــا مــن
