Article 21 of Child Rights Law

The health card must be submitted with the child's enrolment papers for pre-university education. The card shall be kept in the school file, and the school physician shall record therein the results of monitoring the child's health condition throughout the educational stage. The school must verify the existence of the health card for children who enrolled therein before the date this Law came into force. If this card does not exist, the child's father or the person responsible for his care must establish a card in accordance with the provisions of Article (19) of this Law. The Executive Regulations shall specify how periodic health examinations of children at school during pre-university education shall be organized, provided that such examinations are conducted at least once every year and cover all chronic diseases that may affect children.
