English translation
Every child shall have a health card, the particulars of which shall be entered in special registers at the Ministry of Health and which shall be delivered to his father or the person undertaking his care after its number has been recorded on the birth certificate. The Executive Regulations shall determine the manner of organising this card and its particulars.

يكون لكل طفل بطاقة صحية تسجل بياناتها في سجلات خاصة بوزارة الصحة
وتسلم لوالده أو المتولي رعايته ، بعد إثبات رقمها على شهادة الميلاد .
