English translation
As an exception to the preceding Article, the Ministry of Health may not mention the name of the father or mother, or both together, even if requested to do so, in the following two cases: 1 - If the parents are within the prohibited degrees of marriage, their names shall not be mentioned. 2 - If the mother is married and the newborn is not her husband's child, her name shall not be mentioned.

استثناءً من حكم المادة السابقة، لا يجوز لوزارة الصحة ذكر اسم الوالد أو
الوالدة أو كليهما معاً - وإن طلب منها - وذلك في الحالتين الآتيتين :
١ - إذا كان الوالدان من المحارم فلا تذكر أسماؤهما.
٢ - إذا كانت الوالدة متزوجة وكان المولود من غير زوجها فلا يذكر اسمها.Ask about this article
