Article 15 of Child Rights Law

If the birth of a Kuwaiti occurs during travel abroad, it must be reported to the Kuwaiti embassy or consulate at the traveller's destination or Law Index 357 Home Page Child Rights Law Law No. 21 of 2015 concerning the Rights of the Child to the Ministry of Health within thirty days of the date of arrival, after bringing all documents proving the birth from the country in which the newborn was born, authenticated by the Kuwaiti embassy or consulate. If the birth occurs during the return journey, notification shall be made to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health within twenty-one days of the date of arrival.
