English translation
The birth certificate must include the following particulars: a- The day and date of birth and the type of birth (single or twin). b- The child's sex (male or female), name and surname. c- The parents' names, surnames, nationalities, religions and place of residence. e- Any other particulars added by the Minister of Interior, by a decision issued by him, in agreement with the Minister of Health and the Public Authority for Civil Information.

يجب أن تشتمل شهادة الميلاد على البيانات الآتية :
أ- يوم الولادة وتاريخها ونوع الولادة (فردي أو توأم ) .
ب - نوع الطفل ( ذكر أو أنثى ) واسمه ولقبه.
ج - اسم الوالدين ولقبهما وجنسيتهما وديانتهما ومحل إقامتهما
ه - أي بيانات أخرى يضيفها وزير الداخلية - بقرار منه - بالاتفاق مع وزيــر
