Article 10 of Child Rights Law

Births must be reported within twenty-one days from the date of birth, except for special cases requiring a medical report—and notification shall be made on Index of the Law 356 Home Page Child Rights Law Law No. 21 of 2015 concerning Child Rights the form prepared for that purpose by the Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health shall notify the Public Authority for Civil Information within fifteen days from the date of notification of the birth.
