English translation
No person other than physicians licensed by the Ministry of Health may practise the profession of midwifery in any public or private capacity, except a person licensed by the Ministry of Health to practise this profession under the supervision of specialist physicians.

لا يجوز لغير الأطباء البشريين المرخصين من وزارة الصحة مزاولة مهنة التوليد
بأي صفة عامة كانت أو خاصة ، إلا لمن كان مرخصاً له بمزاولة هذه المهنة
