English translation
The Ministry of Health must issue the birth certificate on the form prepared for that purpose upon registration of the event, containing the particulars stipulated in the preceding Article of this Law. The child's first birth certificate shall be delivered to those stipulated in Article (11), after verification of his identity. The Executive Regulations shall specify the other persons to whom the birth certificate may be delivered.

على وزارة الصحة إصدار شهادة الميلاد على النموذج المعد لذلك عند قيد الواقعة
، وتتضمن البيانات المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة من هذا القانون . وتسلم
شهادة ميلاد الطفل الأولى إلى المنصوص عليهم في المادة (١١) - بعد التحقق من
شخصيته - وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية غيره من الأشخاص الذين يمكن تسليمهم
