English translation
If a newborn dies before his birth is reported, his birth must be reported and then his death. If, however, he is stillborn after the sixth month of pregnancy, reporting shall be confined to his death.

إذا توفي المولود قبل التبليغ عن ولادته وجب التبليغ عن ولادته ثم وفاته ،
أما إذا ولد ميتاً بعد الشهر السادس من الحمل فيكون التبليغ مقصوراً على
