Article 36 of Child Rights Law

A children's club is considered a social and educational institution that ensures the provision of social care for children generally from the age of seven to fifteen by occupying their leisure time through sound educational means and methods. The club aims to achieve the following purposes: a- Caring for children socially and educationally during their leisure time during holidays and before and after the school day. b - Complementing the mission of the family and school towards the child and working to assist the child's working mother to protect children from physical and spiritual neglect and prevent their exposure to danger. c - Providing opportunities for the child to develop comprehensively in all physical, mental and emotional respects, acquire new experiences and skills, and attain the greatest possible development of the child's latent abilities. d - Assisting children in improving their academic attainment. e - Strengthening ties between the club and the children's families. f - Preparing the child's family, providing it with knowledge and spreading awareness about child-rearing and the factors of Law Index 361 Home Page Child Rights Law Law No. 21 of 2015 Concerning Child Rights the child's upbringing and preparation in accordance with correct educational methods. The Executive Regulations shall specify how the model regulations for children's clubs are to be issued.
